Mustard and honey corn on the cob
INGREDIENTS
2 corn cobs, halved, husks and silks removed
Marinade
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
2 teaspoons margarine
METHOD
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and microwave on high (100 percent) for 30 seconds. Brush corn with marinade and place in a dish. Cover with cling film and microwave on high (100 percent) for 5-6 minutes, turning after 3 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Hint: An ideal recipe for summer barbecues.
