Apricot lassi
INGREDIENTS

2 cups canned apricot, with juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup low-fat yoghurt, natural or vanilla
6 ice cubes

METHOD

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until foamy. Serve immediately.
