Salmon pasta
INGREDIENTS
375g ribbon pasta
210g can John West Red Salmon, drained and flaked
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 teaspoons capers
½ cup fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
METHOD
Cook pasta until al dente.
Drain and return to hot saucepan, add John West Red Salmon and remaining ingredients, tossing well.
Season with salt and cracked black pepper.
