Salmon pizza
INGREDIENTS
5 small round pita breads
5 tablespoons of ready made pesto
415g John West Red Salmon, drained and flaked
10 milk cherry bocconcini cheeses, halved
1 cup baby rocket
METHOD
Spread pita bread with one tablespoon of pesto, top with John West Red Salmon and bocconcini.
Place on a baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C
for 10-12 minutes.
When cooked, scatter each pizza with baby rocket.
