Deliciously Creamy Passionfruit Mousse
INGREDIENTS
½ cup passionfruit pulp
3 teaspoon gelatine
400g NESTLÉ Diet Passion Cheesecake
200g NESTLÉ Diet Lemon Cheesecake
4 egg whites
mango and passionfruit to serve
METHOD
Put the passionfruit pulp and gelatine into a small pan. Stir over a low heat until the gelatine dissolves and set aside to cool.
Put the passionfruit cheesecake flavoured yogurt and lemon cheesecake dessert into a bowl and mix to combine. Stir in the cooled gelatine mixture.
Beat the egg whites in a clean dry bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold through the cheesecake mixture.
Divide the mixture between four one-cup capacity glasses and refrigerate for four hours or until set. Top with passionfruit and mango or another tropical fruit to serve.
