Stir some frozen berries through your cooked porridge. They will cool it down and taste great! No need for sugar or honey, the berries natural sweetness is enough.
Hello! I'm a big berry fan- blueberries and rasberries are my favourite though. I want to find a good smoothie recipe that includes either of these berries and one that's healthy, can anyone help me out? Thanks !
Here's a perfect start to the day. Mix 1.5 cups low-fat yogurt, half a cup frozen organic blueberries and 4 teaspoons slivered almonds together and throw in some fat-free deli meat on the side. Healthy, balanced and delicious!
