INGREDIENTS
8 potatoes
2 boiled eggs
5 spring onions
10 dill cucumbers
4 or 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
METHOD
You can boil the potatoes the night before you make this salad. Peel them and leave them in the fridge for when you need them the next day.
Slice dill cucumbers into small pieces. Chop spring onions, boiled eggs (the eggs can be boiled together with the potatoes) and last, the potatoes.
Mix all the ingredients well. Add four or five tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix well.
