Healthy pizza

Cooking time: Less than 30 minutes

This pizza is a guilt-free delight and tastes great!
INGREDIENTS

2 sheets mountain bread
light cheese, grated, to taste
mushrooms, sliced, to taste
tomato paste, enough to cover 2 sheets mountain bread
1 small tin pineapple, drained and cut into bite-size pieces
ham, to taste
olives, to taste
capsicum, to taste
onion, diced, to taste

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Spread tomato paste over a whole sheet of mountain bread and place another sheet on top.

Spread tomato paste on top layer and add ham, pineapple, onion, capsicum, olives, mushrooms and grated cheese on top.

Cook in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
