Chicken and kidney bean wraps

INGREDIENTS

Chicken
1 tin kidney beans
1 tin corn kernals
1 onion
1 tin peeled tomatoes
½ tsp tumeric
½ tsp cumin
Salt and pepper
wholemeal tortillas

METHOD

Fry onion, add chicken and when chicken is cooked add kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, salt and pepper, half tsp of cumin and tumeric.

Stir all together and cook on medium heat for ten minutes.

Add to cold or heated tortillas and wrap.
