It is a nice snack with tea. Takes about 30-40 minutes to make.
INGREDIENTS

2 puff pastry sheets, thawed
2 potatoes
1 teaspoon frozen peas
pinch salt
pinch curry powder/garam masala
1 stem coriander/mint leaf, finely chopped

METHOD

Thaw the pastry sheets.

In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut it into small pieces.

Add the frozen peas, potatoes, garam masala powder, and a little water into a microwave bowl and cook until tender and soft.

Remove from oven, add coriander leaf/mint leaf and gently mash the vegetables.

Cut pastry sheets into equal size squares.

Place small portions of the cooked vegetables on some squares. Cover these with rest of the squares and seal sides well.

Cook in convection oven at 180 degrees for around 12 minutes each side (turn them over) until puff is golden brown and 'puffed up'. Remove from oven and serve with sauce.
