1 packet of white marshmallows (chopped into small pieces)
1 carton of sour lite cream
3 tablespoons dessicated coconut
Block of white chocolate

METHOD

Fold in the pineapple and mandarin (these come second so they don't get mashed up).

My grandmother has been making ambrosia for christmas for years, the only difference is she add sherry or port as well. Gives it that little bit of a kick.
I also have been using this salad for the last 30 odd years minus the chocolate. my family and friends love it with their bbq steak. will have to start making it again. thanks for the memories.
