My mum made this for us when we were kids - easy one-pot meal with vegies. My 3 year old loves it!
INGREDIENTS

500g minced chicken (add a couple rashers of bacon if desired)
1 tbls curry powder
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 packet chicken noodle soup
500ml chicken stock plus extra water if needed
Cauliflower florets (appox 1 cup)
Green beans (approx 250g)
Broccoli florets (approx 1 cup)
1 carrot grated
1/8 shredded cabbage
Pepper - no need to add salt due to soup mix

METHOD

I use an electric frying pan with lid for this recipe...

1. Fry onion and garlic, and add the curry powder.

2. Add mince, brown.

3. Add soup mix and stock.

4. Add cauliflower and cover until cooked.

5. Remove lid - Add broccoli and beans and cook for a few minutes.

6. Add carrot and cabbage until cooked. Too easy!

User reviews
try it , it brings back memories of the first chinese meal we were introduced to as a bunch of skips , mmmmmmmmmmmm
This recipe brought back memories of when I first came to Australia in 1971. I met lots of different people then, and when we had a get together this was always on the menu.
I just made it for may family and they loved - a 3 yr and 5 ys old. Wanted seconds. I added singapore noodles to the pan and it was great!!I've passed it on already.
