Marinated beef kebabs

INGREDIENTS
500g lean rump steak
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon honey
4 medium zucchini, thickly sliced
1 red capsicum, chopped
METHOD
Cut steak into 2cm cubes. Combine in a bowl with garlic, ginger, sauces and honey; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 15 minutes.
Drain steak, reserve marinade. Thread steak, zucchini and capsicum onto 8 skewers.
Cook on a heated, oiled grill pan, turning frequently and brushing with reserved marinade, until tender.
