Pork with apple curry sauce

INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons oil
4 pork leg steaks
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup chicken stock
2/3 cup apple puree
salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a non-stick pan; add pork, cook on both sides until browned and tender. Remove from pan; keep warm.
Add flour and curry powder to pan; stir over heat until grainy. Gradually stir in stock and apple puree. Stir over heat until sauce boils and thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve pork with apple curry sauce.
