Chive and mustard chicken

INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breast fillets (600g)
2 teaspoons French mustard
½ cup water
1 small chicken stock cube, crumbled
2 teaspoons cornflour
2 tablespoons water, extra
1/3 cup evaporated skim milk
2 tablespoons fresh chives
METHOD
Spread chicken with mustard. Cook chicken in large non-stick pan until browned both sides.
Add water and stock cube, simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Stir in blended cornflour and extra water; stir until sauce boils and thicken.
Add milk and chives and stir over heat until hot.
