Strawberry fruit whip
INGREDIENTS
Makes 2 drinks
Prep time 5 minutes
2 cups (500ml) apple and strawberry juice (see tip)
1 cup (140g) sliced strawberries
1 ripe banana, sliced
1/3 cup (95g) low-fat yogurt
METHOD
1. Place juice, strawberries, banana and yogurt in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, until combined.
2. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
Tips: Substitute your favourite juice, if desired.
