Spicy beans on turkish
INGREDIENTS
Serves 4
Prep time 5 minutes
Cooking time 12 minutes
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 chilli, finely chopped
3 medium tomatoes, diced
400g can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
turkish bread, toasted
1/4 cup chopped parsley
METHOD
1. Spray a frying pan with oil. Cook onion for 5 minutes on medium, until soft. Stir in garlic and chilli and cook for another minute. Add tomatoes and beans. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until heated through.
2. Serve toast topped with beans and sprinkled with parsley.
