Mediterranean sandwich
INGREDIENTS
4 slices Helga's traditional white bread
2 teaspoons basil pesto
8 slices salami
30g rocket
½ cup (110g) sliced roasted capsicum
¼ cup (20g) shaved parmesan
METHOD
1. Spread two slices of bread with pesto. Top with salami, rocket, capsicum and parmesan. Season with pepper and top with remaining bread slices. Serve.
