Ploughman's lunch with rare roast beef
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup (80g) tomato jam
3 slices rare roast beef
50g cheddar
2-4 gherkins
2-4 pickled onions
Wholegrain bread roll, sliced, buttered
METHOD
1. Place tomato jam in a small bowl. Arrange all ingredients on a plate and serve.
