INGREDIENTS
4 large scoops vanilla ice-cream
¼ cup (60ml) Frangelico or amaretto liqueur
4 shots espresso coffee
METHOD
1. Place 1 scoop of ice-cream into 4 small heatproof glasses. Drizzle with Frangelico and top with espresso coffee. Serve immediately.
