Herbed pita triangles
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup (60ml) olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
2 teaspoons chopped oregano
1 tablespoon snipped dill
2 rounds Lebanese bread
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine oil with herbs in a small bowl.
2. Split each bread round, horizontally. Brush with herb oil. Cut each piece into 8 wedges. Place on a baking tray. Bake for 3 minutes each side, until golden and crisp.
Tips: If you can't get hold of fresh herbs, replace with 1 teaspoon dried.
