Prosciutto with figs
INGREDIENTS
6 ripe figs, thickly sliced
12 thin slices prosciutto
METHOD
1. Arrange fig slices on individual plates or on a platter. Top with prosciutto and finish with a good grinding of pepper.
Tips: If figs aren't available replace with slices of peeled rockmelon.
