Greens and walnut salad
INGREDIENTS
150g baby rocket
150g baby mixed greens
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Shaved parmesan
¼ cup (60ml) Mazzetti Tuscan Olive Oil
METHOD
1. Combine rocket and greens in a serving bowl. Top with walnuts and shaved parmesan. Drizzle over vinegar and oil and toss gently.
