Cinzano Aperitivo
INGREDIENTS
180ml Cinzano
180ml dry white wine
Apple juice
Slices of lime
METHOD
1. Combine 180ml of Cinzano in a jug with 180ml of dry white wine. Pour into glasses half-filled with ice cubes and add slices of lime. Top with apple juice.
Tips: Cinzano is sweet vermouth that has been produced in northern Italy since the 18th century. It's available in three varieties rosso, bianco and extra dry.
