Turkey and coleslaw rolls

Turkey and coleslaw rolls
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup (100g) light mayonnaise
1/3 cup (95g) natural yogurt
2 cups thinly shredded green or red cabbage
1 cup grated carrot
1/3 cup chopped parsley leaves
1 spring (salad) onion, thinly sliced
4 multigrain rolls, halved
¼cup basil leaves
250g thinly sliced roast turkey

METHOD

1. Whisk together mayonnaise and yogurt in a large bowl. Add cabbage, carrot, parsley and onion. Toss to combine.

2. Fill rolls with coleslaw, basil and turkey. Wrap tightly in baking paper or plastic wrap until ready to serve.
