Ham and cheese roll-ups

Ham and cheese roll-ups
INGREDIENTS

12 slices bread, crusts removed
12 slices ham
12 lettuce leaves
120g tasty cheese, cut into 12 batons
red and green capsicum strips, celery sticks, to fill

METHOD

1. Using a rolling pin, roll bread to flatten slightly.

2. Top each slice of bread with a slice of ham and a lettuce leaf. Place cheese stick and capsicum or celery in centre and roll up to enclose. Wrap in baking paper or plastic wrap and tie with string, if you like, before packing into lunchbox.
